The jewellery and gemstone items displayed at the website "Pankaj Astro" are customized as per the customer's preference and not kept as ready available inventory.
The exact delivery time would depend on multitude of factors like availability of craftsman, gemstone as per required dimensions and other factors that might not be in direct or indirect control of the supplier and Pankaj Astro.
However, best efforts would be made to deliver the ordered goods with a reasonable time frame as mentioned herein for domestic and overseas order and delivery sections.
In case, delivery takes more time, the same would be informed to the customer through an appropriate means of communication and at the contact details, as provided by the customer.
Domestic Order and Delivery Policy
The term domestic order and delivery means orders received and delivered within the territorial boundaries of India. Within this context, the expected delivery time would be in the range of two to three weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
The price of the jewellery item mentioned on the product page is inclusive of GST and delivery charges (within India).
Overseas Order and Delivery Policy
The term overseas order and delivery means orders received and delivered outside the territorial boundaries of India. Within this context, overseas delivery charges are not included in the jewellery item and would be charged as per actuals and need to be borne by the customer.
In the case of an overseas order, delivery time could be around three to four weeks or more as might be taken by the postage or courier. In case of additional time or delay, the same would be informed to the customer.
The customer will need to bear country-specific charges related to customs and other taxes.
